In the unlikely event that the purchased product is received incorrectly, or is defective, the customer could request for a return or exchange of the product. The return could be requested via email firstname.lastname@example.org via our hotline 3003000.
Exchanges can only be made for goods of equal value, or as part payment for higher valued goods. No partial refund could be provided as such exchanges will not be permitted for lower priced items.
In case of defective items, it needs to be returned to LinkServe Showroom. Any products which are used or not in the condition in which it was delivered, shall not be accepted for refunds.
Refunds through card payments will be processed within 5 working days.
