The POE-165S is a IEEE 802.3af/at to Passive PoE Converter that simply converts a standard IEEE 802.3af/at PoE input powered device to a 12V/19V/24V passive PoE power output device. This unit is created to meet the need of scarce power locations in outdoor areas. Since the unit can operate in a temperature range from -40 to 75°C, the POE-165S can be placed in different locations. The POE-165S can also be mounted for DIN rail or wall simply.
Selectable DC Power Output Voltage
The unit features a innovative 12/19/24 volt DIP switch and has the ability to provide 12V/19V/24V DC power to network devices. The unit also has the ability to increase versatility of applications.
Simple Central Power Management
The POE-165S obtains power from the IEEE 802.3af/at PoE switch/injector and supplies power to remote devices by the passive PoE port. Administrators have the ability to can turn the power off or on automatically using a remote device.
Simple Cabling Installation
When IEEE 802.3af/at Gigabit Power over Ethernet devices are installed, administrators have the ability to utilize one RJ-45 Ethernet cable to transmit power and data to each device. By connecting a Industrial High Power PoE Injector with the POE-165S, administrators can save time and money.
